2.支持员工关系管理,包括敬业度,培训等。
3.支持内部招聘流程优化。
4.员工文件的维护和管理。
Responsibility:
1.Support daily recruitment including CV screening, phone interview for commercial positions.
2.Support employee relationship management including engagement, training, etc.
3.Support internal recruitment process optimization.
4.Employee documents maintenance and management.
任职要求:
1.本科以上学历,工商管理、经济或语言相关专业。
2.良好的口头和书面沟通能力,英语能力强。
3.良好的计划能力和执行力。
4.能负担至少3-6个月的实习。
Requirement:
1.University student, with major of business administration, economy, or language related.
2.Good communication skill in both oral and written, English capacity.
3.Good planning skill with excellent execution.
4.Can afford at least 3-6 months internship.
