Main Responsibilities:
1. Mobility local support
- Coordinate with external vendor on international assignee work permit, visa application
- Coordinate with external vendor on payment arrangements
- Support Invitation Letter, TE Letter issue for global visitors
- Other local support
2. Daily benefit operation:
- Coordinate with benefit vendors to ensure smooth monthly benefit enrollment
- Support on employee benefit activities & communications
- Support benefit project payments
- Coordinate with IT team and external vendors for regular report preparation
3. Other HR programs related assignments.
Requirements:
- 4-5 days per week, at least 4 months
- Fluent English – written and reading
- Good Microsoft skills – PPT, Word, Excel
- Responsible and diligent, quick learner & good team player
