Job Responsibilities 工作职责
1、Review & ensure food labelings and marketing communications comply with China food laws, regulations and standards’ requirements;
审查,确保食品标签和市场宣传符合中国食品法律法规和标准的要求;
2、Review product and raw material specifications against relevant China standards;
根据相关的中国标准和semi审核产品和原材料规格;
3、Regulatory support to food safety and quality of all factory sites, in factory compliance, SC licensing and daily supervision;
对所有工厂的食品安全和质量进行监管支持,包括工厂合规,SC许可和日常监督;
4、Support innovation from regulatory compliance perspective, on finished product, raw material, recipe, labelling, enterprise standard registration, SC licensing etc. within set timetable;
从法规合规的角度支持创新,包括成品,原料,配方,标签,企业标准注册,SC许可等,并在规定的时间表内完成;
5、Monitor, analyze, interpret & communicate food regulation updates and implementation strategies to relevant BUs and functions; join food legislation process by co-working with expert/industry bodies;
监控、分析、解释;与相关部门和职能部门沟通食品法规的更新和实施策略;通过与专家/行业组织合作,参与食品立法过程;
6、Regulatory-relevant SOP making & update, training to stakeholders, etc;
与法规相关的SOP的制定、更新、培训等,以满足利益相关者的要求;
7、Join daily maintenance/approval of compliance relevant information on corporate systems;
参与公司系统和semi合规相关信息的日常维护/审批;
8、Join issue-handling by giving regulatory advice;
通过提供监管建议来参与问题处理;
9、Experience in compliance of import/export food, Hong Kong/Taiwan food laws and regulations is preferred.
有进出口食品及港台食品法律法规合规经验者优先。
Job Requirement工作要求
1、Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in food sciences, nutrition, bio-medical or public health;
本科及以上学历,食品科学、营养、生物医学或公共卫生等相关专业;
2、Analytical skills in a regulatory environment;
具备监管环境下的分析能力;
3、 Good written and verbal communication in Chinese and English;
良好的中英文书面及口头沟通能力;
4、 Hard-working in detailed checkings, strong sense of urgency/accountability, result oriented;
工作认真细致,有强烈的紧迫感/责任感,以结果为导向;
5、Self-motivated, have team-work mindset, can work under pressure.
