We are seeking a proactive and cross-culturally competent HR Intern to support key projects, including policy research and interpretation for foreign nationals working in China, HR process optimization, and data analysis. This role offers an opportunity to engage in international HR initiatives and gain hands-on experience.
外籍人员政策研究与解读
跟踪中国出入境、社保、个税等政策动态,分析对外籍员工的影响;
协助撰写中英文政策解读报告,支持团队制定合规方案。
Policy Research & Interpretation for Foreign Nationals
Monitor updates on China’s immigration, social security, and tax policies, analyzing impacts on foreign employees.
Draft bilingual policy reports and support compliance strategy development.
人力资源流程支持
参与外籍员工入职、签证办理、档案管理等流程优化;
协助设计跨文化培训材料,提升团队国际化服务能力。
HR Process Support
Optimize onboarding, visa application, and record management for foreign hires.
Design cross-cultural training materials to enhance global team capabilities.
数据分析与报告
整理外籍员工数据,生成可视化报表,支持决策分析;
协助完成人力资源月度/季度报告。
Data Analysis & Reporting
Compile foreign employee data into visualized reports for strategic insights.
Support monthly/quarterly HR reporting
