Internship Objective This internship is central to building the foundational knowledge base for our Community of Practice. You will conduct targeted research on critical employment law topics across key APAC markets. Your work will directly contribute to creating practical resources that empower HR professionals to navigate regional complexity. This is a unique opportunity to gain deep insight into the intersection of HR, employment law, and business strategy. Your key tasks will include: • Comparative Research: Systematically research and compare laws and practices for each topic across the designated countries. • Synthesis & Analysis: Distil complex legal information into clear, concise, and actionable summaries for an HR audience. • Content Creation: Develop practical resources such as: Comparative charts and tables. Summary of key topics PowerPoint presentations for COP sessions. Drafts for discussion papers or internal newsletters. Stakeholder Support: Assist in preparing materials for COP meetings and presentations to stakeholders.
