In this role, you'll get to:
Support the Market Customer & Activation community on data-driven insights as well as build reporting and analytical capabilities for the entire marketing organization.
Data engineering:
• Gathering data from disparate sources, integrating data into a unified view for data consumers, and preparing data for analytics and reporting
• Managing data pipelines for a continuous flow of data from source to destination systems.
Business analysis:
• Analyze business performance trends, turning complex data into actionable insights.
• Create and maintain models, reports, and dashboards as required by your stakeholders with well-written documentation.
• Continually optimize reports, processes, and procedures with scalability in mind
• Collaborate with engineering and strategy teams on changes to/integration of new sources of data.
• Assist the China marketing team in the digital marketing initiatives (research and collection of consumer data including purchasing & usage behavior, consumer profile, etc. Descriptive analytics on consumer data, along with predictive or prescriptive analytics to provide valuable insights or predictions of future consumer behavior, as well as the related impact on business.)
Basic Qualifications
• Long-term internship with us (preferred 5-12 months)
• Major in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or other quantitative areas
• Strong skills in accessing and using analytical tools (SQL, Databases).
• Python (padas, numpy) is mandatory, sk-learn is a plus.
• English is a plus.
• Data visualization tool (PowerBI, Tableau, QuickBI etc.) is a plus.
• Previous marketing, b2b business internship experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both local and Southeast Asia business team and technical teams.
