【职位内容】 Employee Engagement Campaigns/ Activities (50%) • Assist in designing and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives, including division discovery sessions, workshops, and other activities to foster a vibrant workplace culture. • Support the organization and execution of LDB learning programs and workshops, TA activities including but not limited to EVP (medical congress presence), campus activities. • Maintain and update the team deck and other materials, ensuring they are well-organized, while proposing creative improvements on design and content. Data Analytics & System Management (30%) • Consolidate and analyze diverse HR data. • Respond to HR - related inquiries.
