职位描述
Activities:
• Sourcing & Technical support:
- Perform market analysis to identify potential suppliers able to deliver the product and/or services targeted
- Contribute to supplier qualification process performing some anti bribery investigations
- Perform on request some tasks to support procurement process and/or specific topic and/or transverse entity initiatives
- Contribute to the update of “Masterfile” updating the database with data's, documents
- Support the Sourcing team for internal newsletters preparation
- Assist in planning out supplier inspections and audits
- Develop and grow supplier and resource database
• Admin support
- Ensure the quality of HSE equipment and update it before their expiration date.
- Check the bill of office supply on monthly basis, ensure the figures are align with the services provided.
- Prepare the booking voucher per the invoice received, ensure all the payments are well processed with no mistake.
- Support and organize the logistics the mission of SSC staff (booking for flight/hotel/train, name card printing, ...).
- Follow up the stock and office supply, place the relevant orders (water, stationery, coffee, PPE, ...) on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Manage office services suppliers and monitor their performance to deliver cost-effective and satisfactory service to SSC.
- Arrange the domestic/overseas delivery service with dedicated vendor.
- Liaise with office building management center for any support needed (electricity or air-conditioning issue, installation service, ...).
- Other admin tasks per the request.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Statistics, Economics, Business management, computer science or similar fields.
• Fluent in written and oral English.
• Ownership of tasks with a mission-focused approach
• Great multitasking and execution abilities under pressure
• 4 or 5 whole days per week for 6 months and longer if possible
