RESPONSIBILITY • Purchase Order Management Track the PO ship & receive status, ensure products could be received on time. • Stock Allocation Analyze sales performance for multi-channels (Tmall, Douyin & Offline store) to ensure the stock efficiency. • Promotion Plan Support with promotion poster consolidation. • Item Set-up Upload item masters (retail, cost, item description) in system. • Report Support with weekly/monthly report. Knowledge and Skill Requirements • Passionate about Disney • Good command of Microsoft applications such as Power Point, Excel. • Fluent English in writing and speaking. • Detail oriented, structured and self-starting. • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities. • Adaptability to a fast-paced, high-growth, multicultural work environment. • Commitment to work at least 3-4 days a week for 6 months.
