主要职责/Your Responsibilities:
· Support the company services team with daily tasks, including document management, data analysis, and report preparation(e.g. E-Invoice arrangement for business travel vendor payment, stamp procedure and traffic offences checking, etc).
· Help coordinate and participate in client meetings, conference calls, and record meeting notes for follow-up actions.
· Contribute to projects focused on improving company policies and processes to enhance service quality(e.g. Project Info session attendance arrangement).
· Assist in maintaining and organizing client files, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
· Support the team in completing ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

· Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in administration or related fields.
· Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a multi-tasking environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
· Self-motivated, with strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn.
· Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
· Previous internship experience in a related field is a plus.
