客户体验/Customer Experience
主要职责/Your Responsibilities:
· Assist on Customer Experience projects and content creation in collaboration with Internal and external organizations.
· Assist on Customer board committees e.g. event management & collaboration with teams
· Assist on market data research, benchmark analysis and presentations
· Bringing innovative ideas to enhance customer experience in the brand
· Other administrative support.

· Language skills: Fluent English.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office software and excellent powerpoint skills
· Team working spirit, problem solving and communication skills.
· Collaborative and project management skills
· Above Bachelor Degree.
