JD - HR Intern
Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Support:
o Conduct CV screening and coordinate interview schedules.
o Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for retail employees, including HR system updates.
• Employee Data Management:
o Accurately maintain and update employee records in Excel and HRIS.
o Always ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
o Manage document filing and submission processes, liaising with finance for approvals.
Qualifications:
• Education: Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student.
• Availability: Commitment to work full-time (at least 4 days per week) for a duration of over 6 months is preferred.
• Skills & Attributes:
o Quick learner with a patient and efficient work ethic.
o Proficient in office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
o Excellent written English skills are required.
o Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
