You Tasks: • Support the engineer to analysis process requirements, from drawings, WSK, VW standards and specifications, etc. • Support the engineer to assess the requirements based on their importance for process stability and product quality • Support the engineer to create the process concept and define the requirements for the system technology in closely communicated with potential suppliers and internal specialist departments • Support the engineer to evaluate the analyze of process requirement, formulate technical requirements for creating the specifications of production lines • Support the engineer to compare the system technology of potential suppliers by considering the essential technical requirements and their degree of fulfillment • Support the engineer to analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the respective technical concepts (e.g. cost analysis of investments and running costs, ease of maintenance, qualitative aspects, etc.) • Evaluation of the analyzed result and identify the most suitable solution for the target application • Identify the optimization potential for the favored concept Qualification: • Student in a bachelor or master’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation/Industrial/automobile engineering, or a comparable degree • Willingness to move to Tianjin, China for 6 months • Outstanding interest in the automotive industry (gearboxes, electric motors and battery systems) • Very good technical understanding • Good organizational and coordination skills, exceptional cooperation skills • High sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for work • Communicative, self-disciplined, precise way of working • Fluent language skills in Chinese and very good language skills in either English or German
