Task Responsibility Interface partners Conduct Project Estimations · Understand project premises (project time plan, project volumes, product variance, plant characteristics …) · Understand technical documentation related to product and processes (2D-drawing, 3D-drawings, TPB, BOM, WSKs, PDMs, PHS standards, VW standards, …) · Define planning premises like target OEE and calculate tact time · Create assembly order and assembly content · Review benchmark project, contact with supplier and estimate investment budget, timeline and line foot print · Lead internal discussion with related technical and commercial departments and adapt estimation based on discussion result · Fill out Formblatt A and communicate evaluation results to TM Main Responsibility - VWATJ - VWAG - Equipment Suppliers Create Technical Specifications · Define premises for supplier based on overall project premises (milestone plan, milestone requirements, tact time, product variance, project time plan, project volumes, product variance, plant characteristics, brown field limitations, …) · Apply VWATJ and VW Group related standards (PHS, White Book, PS, TQS, White List, …) within technical specifications
