We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our Data Analytics and IT project operations. This role will give you the opportunity to be part of large-scale digital initiatives, support project delivery, assist with automation, and participate in data-driven decision making. You will collaborate closely with IT project and Data Analytics teams, working with tools like Python, SQL, TAPD, and Power Automate. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the ATLAS project PMO in documentation, communication, test result collection, and progress tracking. 2. Assist in system interface monitoring and after-issue processing (e.g., NAV–ATLAS integration). 3. Maintain and enhance Python scripts to manage backend operations such as account provisioning and batch processing. 4. Assist with Azure and RPA tools such as Power Automate for data management and workflow automation. 5. Support production incidents tracking via TAPD and ServiceNow. 6. Analyze SLA performance and summarize insights in reports and presentations (Word, PPT). 7. Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to review, develop, and enhance key datasets for Louis Dreyfus China. 8. Support Power BI report creation and database development. 9. Utilize Databricks for data processing and pipeline development. What We Look For: 1. Undergraduate or Master’s student in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field. 2. Knowledge of SQL, Python, or Azure. 3. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 4. Interest in data, automation, and digital transformation. 5. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese. 6. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to change.
