We are hiring for Junior Consultant and Intern with the above education background for Shanghai and Singapore offices. As a well known boutique strategic consulting firm, Advancy has the reputation for expertise in Engineering Projects (i.e. Advanced Industries, Chemicals, Materials, Pharmaceuticals, etc.). Your mission: • You will work in a team of 2-3 consultants, with daily interactions with a project manager and partner on a variety of projects in different industries and set-ups. • Conduct primary and secondary research, data validation, data modeling, data analysis. • Organize and conduct interviews with industry insiders and experts, take excellent notes through interview. • Depending on the projects, you may be involved in strategic workshops with clients (preparation and facilitation) and in preparing and giving presentations. Who we are looking for: • Excellent academic results with engineering education background (Chemicals, Materials, Environment, or Pharmaceuticals related) in a reputable university; • Great passion for strategy consulting industry, consulting internship experiences is preferable • Strong business sense, analytical and presentation skills, as well as clear logic thinking • Excellent communication skills in English • Good analytical approach to problem solving
