Support our team of managers in the relaunch of APAC’s new Quality Assurance model across 400+ hotels in Asia-Pacific. This includes: o assisting in technology projects that bring to life enhancements on the QA platform and mobile application o develop resource materials (playbooks and job aids) and co-facilitate trainings for both our team of auditors and hotels across APAC. • Fixed Renovation Cycle Management (FCRM) o Assist with crafting out resources to support the ongoing roll-out of FRCM in Asia-Pacific o Execute business analytics, draw inferences and identify trends through collecting, rationalizing and sense checking of data, using MS Excel, Power BI and other applications. o Support the compilation of monthly business updates to senior leadership • Communication plans o Assist with structuring, co-drafting and distributing memos, presentations (using MS Powerpoint) and newsletter articles to nurture buy-in and support cross-departmental collaboration • Build project management skills • Improve your English language skills (written and spoken language fluency required) in a fast-paced, multi-national business environment that encourages you to speak up and contribute • Apply reporting and presentation skills in a practical setting, with real-life data • Employ and adjust communication and collaboration skills across a matrixed organization • Practice research, analysis, and data compilation • Gain exposure to Hilton’s global brand standards and Quality Assurance programs • be able to study with us the correlation of brand compliance and guest experience impact, while learning about product replacement cycles across product classes and their impact on asset and brand value
