Mission and Purpose: The legal department of Audi China is responsible for supporting all business units of Audi China include without limitation R&D, Brand Management, Marketing & sales, Purchasing, HR Organization & Consulting, Quality & Technical Services, Public Relations and Corporate Strategy, functioning as a legal risk analyst and a legal strategy provider. In other words, Audi Legal is dedicated to ensuring an adequate level of detail of advice and allocation of resources of a quality and quantity adequate for the given risk exposure. Job Duties and Responsibilities: · Engage in legal research for specific matters and in ongoing legal or regulatory initiatives; · Assist with the review, drafting and assessment of legal queries and/or documentation under mentoring; · Assist in drafting and reviewing bilingual Contracts and help in elaborating standard agreements and archiving files; · Support the maintenance of legal databases and in-house libraries as well as proactive participation in their ongoing development; · Translate documents from English into Chinese and vice versa; · Board administrative support and other work as needed. Qualifications: Education Background: · Bachelor degree above in Law from reputable Chinese and/or overseas law school(s); · International experience preferred; · Judicial Examination Certificate would be an advantage. Professional Skills: · Proficient MS Office skills; · Previous internship experience preferred. · Legal research Competence Requirements: · Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skill · Attention to details and a high degree of accuracy is a must · Passionate, flexible individual with a proactive approach · Full commitment in terms of time and effort · High ethical standards and high level of discretion and integrity Language Skills: · Fluency in English (written & spoken)
