SSC
Major Responsibilities:
Employee Management & HR Digitalization:
1.Conduct employee file inventory to support the full implementation of E-files.
2.Collect and analyze employee inquiries to help expand AI Chatbot support in HR topics.
3.Support other digital projects, such as the development of virtual NEO Training.
Payroll & Reporting
1.Collect and consolidate payroll-related documents.(e.g., attendance、OT 、shuttle bus Etc.)
2.Prepare and distribute monthly HR reports. (e.g., Masterdata、Working hours、OT Analysis Etc.)
3.Other tasks assigned by the team.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Basic AI knowledge & proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI are preferred.
3. Good communication skills (Chinese & English) and teamwork mindset, high sense of responsibility.
