JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Consulting Intern – Transformation & Ecosystem Location: Shanghai Reporting line: Senior Project Executive ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Project Execution - 50% Support Project Manager and ensure the project task is completed in accordance to the briefed timeline, budget, and quality standards while complying with the client’s requests Coordinate with internal and external resources Communicate with vendors for smooth delivery and experiences Content Production - 30% Contribute to the creation of keynotes and workshop content for upskilling projects Conduct market research such as industry use cases and publicly available data Participate in Team Rituals (10%): Attend events related to China’s digital & innovation ecosystems and key client industries Support internal projects, participate in team meetings, and attend company training and upskilling sessions IDEAL PROFILE Innovative, open-minded, resilient and curious Demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, and is a team player A fast learner of cross-industry and cross-expertise knowledge Has strong business and workplace ethics with excellent cross-cultural communication skills Good time management and organization skills Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills Related educational or professional background in digital transformation, business analytics, marketing, etc. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
