岗位职责:
1. 负责销售及维修订单录入、跟进及审核
2. 熟练操作ERP系统,负责新建客户、款项查询、订单推发货及开票事宜
3. 负责出具维修合同,及时传递客户技术类问题至AE和销售团队
4. 对接生产与物流团队,跟进订单交期、状态及发货进度
5. 通过邮件/电话与客户沟通订单状态、付款、物流及其他需求
6. 与美国生产及维修团队就订单相关问题进行沟通
7. 与财务部门沟通款项等事宜
8. 行政:合同盖章、办公及生产用品采购、员工生日会、停车费收取 、车辆信息登记管理、采购报销整理
基本资格要求:
1. 英语流利
2. 熟练使用Microsoft Office工具。
3. 优秀的沟通协调能力,工作细致有责任心
4. 具备抗压能力,能高效处理多任务
5. 主动学习意识强,具备团队协作精神
6. 本科在读或应届生,商科/英语/管理类相关专业优先
7. 有客户服务、订单管理实习经验者加分

Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales and service order entry, follow up and review.
Proficient in ERP system operations, including new customer setup, payment inquiries, order fulfillment, and invoicing
Responsible for issuing service contracts and promptly communicating technical issues to AE and sales teams
Coordinate with production team to monitor order lead times, status, and shipping progress
Communicate with customers via email/phone regarding order status, payments, logistics, and other requirements
Liaise with US production and service teams on order-related matters
Work with the finance department on payment follow-ups and related matters
Administrative: Contract stamping, procurement of office and production supplies, employee birthday celebrations, parking fee collection, vehicle information registration and management, procurement reimbursement processing
Basic Qualification:
Fluent in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Strong communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented, and responsible
Ability to work under pressure and efficiently handle multiple tasks
Proactive learning mindset and teamwork spirit
recent graduate, preference for Business/English/Management-related majors
Prior internship experience in customer service or order management is a plus
