职位描述
Supplier Development & Management
1. Assist the procurement team in contacting and visiting new suppliers. Understand suppliers' production processes, quality control (QC) systems, delivery capabilities, etc. Collect relevant information, compile reports, and conduct preliminary supplier screening.
2. Manage daily communication with suppliers. Participate in supplier evaluation and assessment. Assist in collecting supplier performance data (e.g., on-time delivery rate, product quality pass rate). Assist in tracking the implementation of supplier improvement actions.
3. Assist in maintaining supplier relationships. Organize supplier meetings, communicate, and coordinate to resolve ad-hoc issues arising during the procurement process, ensuring a cooperative relationship between suppliers and the company.
Procurement Daily Operations:
1. System Maintenance & Optimization: Responsible for daily data entry and updates in procurement-related systems. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness (including purchase order pricing, quantities, supplier information, etc.).
2. Sample Price Analysis: Assist the procurement team in obtaining sample quotations from suppliers and conduct comparative price analysis.
Cross-Departmental Communication & Collaboration
1. Maintain close communication with requesting departments (e.g., R&D, PM) to serve as a bridge for internal and external communication.
2. Participate in cross-departmental project meetings. Assist the procurement team in collaborating with other departments to resolve procurement-related issues during project execution, facilitating smooth project progress.
Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors. Proactively provide support to the procurement team.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above. Preference for majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement Management, Business, or related fields.
2. Proficient in spoken English.
3. Strong communication and coordination skills.
