职位描述
主要职责/Your Responsibilities:
· Support CFO office with administrative tasks
· Inter-department coordination and calendar management for CFO
· Meeting documents preparation and filing for CFO
· Arrange trip programs and reimbursement for CFO
· Support in organizing team events and other tasks
岗位要求/Required Qualification:
· Master/Bachelor student of Business Management, Automotive, German, or other relative majors
· Working proficient English
· Proficient German skills preferred
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills
· Well-organized, proactive, reliable and willing to work in a multinational working environment
· Result-oriented and detail-oriented
· Capable to work under stress
