主要职责/Your Responsibilities: The Quality Management Intern in BMS Development will support the establishment of a QM system and assist in creating and reviewing work instructions and process diagrams in collaboration with various development teams. The intern will gain hands-on experience in quality assurance while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. • Assist in developing and implementing a QM system for development processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and update work instructions and process diagrams (e.g., flowcharts, SOPs). • Review and validate existing work instructions and process standards for accuracy and compliance. • Support document control (organizing, filing, and maintaining QM documentation). • Participate in quality checks (if applicable) to identify gaps or improvement areas. • Help analyze process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. • Use tools like Visio or Excel for process mapping and data tracking. 岗位要求/Required Qualification: • Basic knowledge of quality management principles (ISO standards, process documentation, or Lean/Six Sigma coursework is a plus). • Certifications like ISO 9001 or Six Sigma White/Yellow Belt (even foundational knowledge is valued). • Familiarity with process mapping tools like Visio and office software. • Fluent English (C1/C2 level or equivalent) in speaking, writing, listening, and reading. • Current enrollment in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree program (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field). • Team working spirit, problem solving and communication skills. • Optional: Prior coursework or internships in manufacturing, R&D, or quality assurance.
