Responsibilities:
• Marketing Campaign Support:
Assist in executing end-to-end online and offline marketing campaigns targeting financial institutions and investment advisors. Tasks include creative brainstorming, material design, multi-channel promotion, performance tracking, managing registration forms, and engaging with attendees.
• Event Coordination:
Contribute to the planning and preparation of the Morningstar Investment Conference (MIC), including theme development, promotional strategies, material coordination, budget approvals, and guest logistics.
• Community Engagement:
Support targeted content marketing and interactive campaigns to enhance community engagement, optimize user outreach strategies, and maximize marketing impact.
• Content Creation & Promotion:
Assist in creating and formatting content for Morningstar’s official platforms (e.g., WeChat). Perform basic multimedia editing (audio, video, images, and text) while ensuring consistency with Morningstar’s brand guidelines.
• Brand Asset Management:
Manage Morningstar China's brand peripheral inventory and contribute creative ideas for their design and updates.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (Product, Sales, Research) and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery.
Requirements:
• Strong interest in B2B marketing and financial content, with alignment to Morningstar’s mission and values. Basic understanding of asset/wealth management is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong problem-solver with excellent execution skills.
• Solid copywriting abilities and basic multimedia editing skills (audio/video/image).
• Interest in event management; prior experience in organizing events is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic data analysis skills.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Journalism, or Communications (preferred).
