In this role, you will support the Strategy Department’s economic analysis team in economic research, data analysis, report editing, external communications and related events implementations. Tasks will consist in, but are not limited to: • Get involved in the AHK China’s survey reports and other publications. • Assist in the data analysis process. • Assist in the report editing process. • Conduct research, statistical, and analytical work on policy and economic developments. • Participate in the report publication process, including preparing briefing materials for mailings and social media platforms. • Undertake other general tasks that related to our publications as required. Requirements: • Master’s Degree or been enrolled to a Master program (Majors: Economics, Statistics, International Business, Business Administration, International Relations, etc.). Overseas studying or working experience is a plus. • Solid MS Office skills are a must. Experience with Tableau is preferred. • Prior experience in conducting surveys is preferred. • Excellent command of English and Chinese (native or near-native level). Strong writing skills is a must. • Interested in current international affairs and China macroeconomy. • Cultural sensitivity and eagerness to work in an international environment.
