【工作职责】 1. Participate in a plan to improve app ratings 2. Enhance user experience for millions of global users, while advancing Versuni digital transformation journey as a global consumer care member in Climate Care business 3. Work with China R&D team to define the issues which report by Global consumers and send the correct replies on time 4. Work with China Digital Innovation team to review the R&R in app store and send the correct replies on time 5. Work with other colleges and support Consumer Care Digital related tasks 【任职要求】 1. 本科或硕士学历，物联网/计算机／英语/ 电子工程等专业 2. 有Consumer Care相关经验，智能家居相关领域经验者优先 3. 良好的分析、表达能力，能够独立完成对用户的邮件回复并汇总报告 4. 诚实、敬业，具有团队精神，能够承受一定的工作压力 5. 较强的英语听说读写能力
