Major Duties/Responsibilities: Trade Marketing and Brand Marketing A&P management: 1. Monthly financial closing to ensure the all the spending are booking timely and accurately 2. Monthly rolling forecast and identify the potential R&O 3. Build up yearly budget and define the management process to control the budget 4. Daily approve the application and review contract in OA system 5. Standardize the A&P review package to meet different requirements 6. Support and coordinate the key projects such as TPM system launch etc Innovation Business Case Coordination and Analysis: 1. Support business case to evaluate the new product launch 2. Support on price setting and value chain set-up 3. Validate the channel and market investment Category Key Projects Financial Analysis and Decision Making Support. 4. Support evaluation model to analysis and improve the A&P investment 5. Define the proper rule to allocate the A&P investment to support business growth 6. Provide financial support for Innovations and routine track the performance of the innovations 7. Other ad hoc project and tasks. Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities: 1. Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance, or related business field 2. Outstanding analytical skills and communication skills 3. Strong sense of ownership with good team spirits 4. Good at oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English 5. Quick learning and able to work under pressure 6. Strong MS Excel skill
