Primary Responsibilities – Data Analysis (≈80%) • Conduct data analysis for specific business projects and deliver actionable insights. • Use Google BigQuery (GBQ) for querying and processing data; build dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. • Clean, structure, and consolidate data from multiple sources; create reusable data modules for the operations team. • Document and maintain SOPs to standardize data processing workflows. • Explore data pools for optimization opportunities using data mining and machine learning techniques. • Assist with data governance efforts to improve data quality and consistency. Secondary Responsibilities – Automation, IT & Cybersecurity Support (≈20%) • Develop automation scripts using Python or Power Automate to streamline repetitive data workflows. • Assist in developing and maintaining Power Apps to automate basic business processes. • Track operational projects and support data follow-up and updates. • Support basic cybersecurity tasks such as access control checks, account audits, and data security reviews. • Organize security logs and assist in the preliminary analysis of security events. • Collaborate across departments to promote process digitization and system security .Job Requirements • Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English; able to work in teams and provide timely updates. • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Management, or related fields. • Proficient in SQL and Python; experienced in data modeling and scripting. • Experienced in Google BigQuery (GBQ) for large-scale data processing. • Familiar with at least one data visualization tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker. • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, or GBQ is preferred. • Understanding of data warehousing and database design; cybersecurity experience is a plus. • Detail-oriented with a strong interest in learning new technologies.
