Some other key accountabilities will include: - Responsible for data maintenance and administration - Generate participant reports and processing data reconciliation - Liaise with external banks or brokers regarding clients’ or employees’ payment and share settlement enquiries - Respond to written, email and telephone enquiries from clients and stakeholders - Ad hoc tasks as required What will you bring to the role? To be successful in this role you will have excellent multi-task and time management skills, pay attention to details and be efficient. Some other key skills required for the role: - Bachelor degree or above majoring in Finance, Accounting or Business related. Excellent English required with Cantonese an advantage - Customer focused with excellent communications skills - 1-2 year of data processing or operation service experience in Financial Service industry is a plus - Detail-oriented, self-motivated and has a strong sense of responsibility - Ability to work independently and collaboratively under work pressure - Demonstrate initiative, organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in MS Office
