Key Responsibilities: 支持电商数据体系建设，通过数据监测、建模分析及达人资源运营管理，驱动数字化业务决策优化与效能提升。 •整合跨平台数据源，维护业务监测看板，追踪核心生意指标与财务指标 •协助建立商品模型，含新品上市追踪模型、库存周转预警机制及促销效果归因模型 •协助达人BD运营，建立KOL/KOC分级评估体系（传播影响力及销售转化力双维度），监控合作全流程数据（触达响应率、签约率、销售贡献率） •监控重点竞品动态（新品上市策略、价格波动、促销活动），提交周期性竞争分析报告 Skills: •本科及以上学历，主修数据分析、会计、商业分析或相关领域 •掌握SQL查询及Excel高级数据分析功能（VLOOKUP/PivotTable等），Python/R数据处理能力加分 •掌握基础财务知识或电商基本绩效指标，能通过数据分析识别业务增长机会与潜在风险 •拥有严谨的数据处理态度、结构化思维能力、高效执行能力 •可连续实习6个月以上，每周出勤≥4个工作日
