Report to: Retail Operation Manager
Main Responsibilities will be the following:
Retail sales and operation reports consolidation
Support to order sales materials/uniform
Payment follow up
Contract/document chop application and process
Store staff separation and probationary process
Store staff work phone & work phone number application
Event/Flash Sales/Family sales onsite support (cashier/onsite sales)
Other duties assigned
Study and experience:
Experience in retail industry is preferred
Key Requirements:
Good communication skills
Good in reading and written English
Good PC skills, proficient in MS excel and Powerpoint
Attendance/Week: At least 3 days/ week. Monday is required
