1. Demo truck documentation review
2. Customer callback after test drive
Online platform management
1. Online Community Management: Reviewed user posts, managed official account interactions, and responded to comments.
2. E-commerce Platform Operations: Monitored product inventory, adjusted pricing, processed orders, and handled after-sales support tickets.
3. Live Customer Service: Provided real-time user support, resolved inquiries, and managed complaints.
4. Online System Maintenance: Managed dealer networks, verified second-hand product listings, and updated system data.
5. Help desk for platform
Requirement:
1. Good communication skill.
2. Be able to communicate in English.
3. Data analysis and familiarity with Office software.
4. At least three days of attendance per week and more than 6 months of internship are guaranteed.
