Typical Accountabilities 1. Support on HGR application submission, including but not limited to on-line submission, tracking in a timely manner. 2. Support to maintain HGR SharePoint as end to end tools with process excellence mindset. 3. General support HGR management team for documents filing and maintenance. 4. Support Clinical operation relative activities. 5. Support HGR team based on request, such as maintain HGR news, process excellence update, Meeting minutes. 6. Support HGR management team meetings or the meetings hosted/coordinated. 7. Support other appropriate tasks as delegated by intern supervisor. Education, Qualifications • Senior student or under postgraduate, preferably major in pharmacy, clinical, biomedical, medical, life science. Skills • Basic understanding of clinical trial development • Fluent in spoken and written English • Good computer skill for PPT, Excel and Word • Be willing to learn, think and practice. • Presentation & communication skill • Good at teamwork
