This position is to support the related language application service support, including supporting prod issue, alert via email, telephone, teams, WeChat ect. This role may also mentor engineer/specialist and will have opportunity to biz if related
Must:
Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or IT related discipline
Good command of both read and written, better can spoke English, CET 4 is required.
Self motivator and quick learner
Good communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
Has experience on insurance is preferable
Preferrable:
Bachelor degree or above in computer related majors
Rich practical experience in the field of desktop support
Have a deep understanding of IT service management, have certain experience in building service support systems, and hold ITIL related certifications is preferred
Strong operational data refining and analysis capabilities, with practical experience in data-driven continuous service improvement
Strong sense of responsibility, strong sense of service, proactive work, good psychological quality and excellent communication and coordination, problem analysis and solving skills
