YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Warehouse Operations Support • Supported goods receipt, put-away, storage,picking, packing, and dispatch processes; ensured SAP postings and documentation accuracy. • Assisted in maintaining warehouse 5S, environmental controls, and GMP/GDP compliance. • Participated in cycle counts and inventory accuracy improvement. • Supported training compliance, SOP adherence, and audit readiness; assisted in deviation management and CAPA closure Digitalization & System Support • Acted as Key User for SAP WM module, providing system support and optimization. • Assisted with integration of automation systems (AGV, AS/RS, barcode/RFID). • Promoted paperless operations, electronic signatures, and real-time dashboards (Power BI/Tableau). • Contributed to warehouse digital improvement projects to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost performance. Procurement & Supplier Collaboration • Responsible for placing purchase orders and ensuring timely material supply. • Collaborated with suppliers to implement material optimization and delivery improvement projects.
