Main Responsibilities:
• Providing technical support related to the work.
• Performing administrative support and clerical duties
• Fulfilling tasks assigned by a supervisor/mentor
• Assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a back-office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Proven experience of teamwork
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
