职位描述： 1. 负责AI产品与业务系统的全流程测试工作，包括测试计划制定、用例设计与编写、用例评审、测试执行及缺陷跟踪管理等； 2. 设计、开发并维护自动化测试框架与脚本，覆盖接口、UI和性能等多维度测试，提升测试效率与覆盖率； 3. 协同开发、算法及产品团队，识别、反馈并推动问题解决，保障服务质量； 4. 参与CI/CD持续集成，推进容器化环境下的自动化质量保障； 5. 编写和维护测试技术文档，保障测试过程的完整性与可追溯性。 1. Take charge of end-to-end testing for AI products and business systems, including test planning, case design and authoring, case review, test execution, and defect tracking. 2. Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts covering multiple dimensions such as API, UI, and performance testing to improve testing efficiency and coverage. 3. Collaborate with development, algorithm, and product team members to identify, report, and drive issue resolution, ensuring service quality. 4. Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration and contribute to automated quality assurance in containerized environments. 5. Create and maintain clear and structured technical documentation to ensure the integrity and traceability of the testing process. 职位要求： 1. 计算机科学、软件工程、电子信息、人工智能或相关专业本科及以上学历； 2. 熟练掌握Python，或其它编程语言如Java/Go/C++等，具备良好的编码能力及数据结构与算法基础； 3. 了解自动化测试方法与工具，熟悉一种主流测试框架，如Pytest/Unittest、Selenium/Playwright等； 4. 了解CI/CD流程及相关工具，以及Docker/K8s等容器化技术； 5. 具备优秀的问题解决能力、沟通协作能力和强烈的责任心与执行力； 6. 中英文读写流利； 7. 有互联网实习经验者或实际参与大型项目开发者优先； 8. 实习6个月及以上者优先。 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Information, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 2. Proficient in Python or other programming languages (e.g., Java/Go/C++), with solid coding skills and a foundation in data structures and algorithms. 3. Familiarity with automated testing methodologies and tools, and experience with at least one mainstream testing framework such as Pytest/Unittest, Selenium/Playwright, etc. 4. Understanding of CI/CD processes and related tools, as well as containerization technologies like Docker/Kubernetes. 5.
