Job Title: Intern Location: Beijing About Us: Prospect Advisors is an institutional investor across asset classes including private equity, public equity, venture capital, credit, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support investment and portfolio management efforts - Assist the team in processing and analyzing data - Support the monitoring of performance for existing investments and assist with preparation of reporting - Work with and maintain large datasets for analysis and reporting functions - Support with project management for the team’s workflows Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a BS, MS or MBA program; studying Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, and/or Economics - Can work onsite at least 3 days per week during term time - Strong analytical skills and research capabilities, with proficiency in accounting and finance, financial modelling, valuation and data analysis - Preferably 1-2 years of experience in investment analysis or a related field – e.g. institutional investment management, private equity, co-investments or secondaries, hedge fund, equity research, growth equity, venture capital, asset allocation. We can consider exceptional undergraduate students with relevant prior internship experiences - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely - Motivated and detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously - Team player with high level of integrity and intellectual curiosity and a demonstrable interest in investment management
