1. Assist China Legal Counsel in establishing and optimizing contract management processes to mitigate internal control risks. 协助中国区法律顾问搭建和优化合同管理流程，降低内控风险。 2. Assist in reviewing advertising claims to reduce compliance risks. 协助审核广告宣称，降低广告宣传风险。 3. Support the HQ and China Legal team in improving internal data compliance policies, including but not limited to legal research on updated regulations and data mapping exercises. 协助总部和中国区法律顾问完善数据合规制度，包括检索最新法规要求、配合数据摸底工作等。 4. Assist in organizing IP-related demands and prepare regular case reports. 协助整理知识产权需求，定期汇总案件报告。 5. Support contract review and archiving of contracts/documents. 协助合同审核及相关文件归档。 6. Assist in preparing corporate governance documents. 协助准备公司治理相关文件。 Requirements 任职要求: 1. Current senior undergraduate or graduate student (Year 1/2) in Law. 大四、研一或研二在校生，法学专业。 2. Solid legal academic foundation; prior BAR exam pass is a plus. 良好的法律专业功底，通过国家司法考试者优先。 3. Fluent in English (both written and spoken, working proficiency required). 英语口语及书写流利，可作为工作语言。 4. Proficient in Word and PowerPoint. 精通Word、PPT等办公软件。 5 Strong communication and coordination skills, logical thinking, and ability to summarize effectively. 优秀的沟通协调能力、逻辑清晰、擅长归纳总结。 6. Strong interest in corporate in-house legal roles; candidates aspiring to become corporate legal counsel are preferred. 对企业内部法律顾问岗位充满兴趣，有志于成为企业法律顾问者优先。
