Responsibilities:
Assist the Fleet Management & Business Steering team to:
- Communicate with local safety officers and officials;
- Prepare accident reports; communicate with insurance companies;
- Prepare daily vehicle concerns report preparing (PPTX, Video, follow up missing information);
- Update the car overview/cars files;
- Support First & Second Floor Maintenance and the Office/ workshop reimbursement;
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative or coordination tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- Strong communication and team-working skills, reliability and accuracy;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
- English spoken & written, German language skills is a plus;
- Knowledge of Car Technology is a plus.
