岗位职责： 1. 协助实验室工程师完善实验设备的定期维护和保养实施。 Assist lab engineer to build and optimize equipment maintenance procedure and implementation (work instruction, planning, checklist, etc.…) 2. 协助实验室技术员进行失效分析并完成分析报告。 Support to perform failure analysis and complete analysis report. 3. 协助完成实验治具的设计和验证。 Support design and validation of test fixtures. 4. 协助实验室技术员建立产品测试附件的库存管理，并在必要时与项目经理沟通提出MR需求。 Assist to establish inventory management for test accessories and communicate with project engineer to submit MR request. 任职要求： 知识和技能/ Knowledge and Skills： 1.熟悉Microsoft office办公软件的使用如Word, Excel, PPT. Familiar with Microsoft office such as Word, Excel, PPT. 2.熟练使用英文书写报告。 Fluent English in writing to complete related reports. 3.熟练使用Auto-CAD或其它机械设计软件。 Familiar with Auto-CAD or other mechanical design software. 其他要求/ Other Requirements: 1.有学习新技能的意愿； Willing to learn and grow. 2.较强的沟通能力。 Good communication skills 3.每周能到岗至少3天。 Minimum 3 days' work in the office per week. 我们提供： 180-200/天实习薪资，额外18元午餐券（美食天地）、带教老师
