Job description:
1) Daily support for team tasks, eg fire safety, security access, and admin cost data consolidation and analaysis;
2) Team admin support,eg meeting arrangement and execution tracking, stakeholder management
3) Project follow-up between team and suppliers;
4) Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by team.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree and above;
2) long-term internship (6 months or above is a must);
3) Good service mindset;
4) Good communication skills especially in both verbal and written English and can work under pressure;
5) Financial knowledge preferred;
6) Pay attention in detail.
