YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Site capacity calculation based on LTSIP (Long-Term Supply and Investment Plan). Develop annual, monthly and weekly production plans based on sales forecasts and finished product inventory level requirements, and track completion on time. According to the production plan and inventory management requirements, purchase materials and control the inventory level of materials. Responsible for coordinating product supply with the Shanghai supply chain team, handling supply emergencies, and ensuring timely supply of products according to market demand. From a planning perspective, support all new products in the site to be launched on schedule. Regularly track the business indicators of the planning team to ensure compliance, including but not limited to, PPA, S-OTIF, DOS, DOH, Inventory Value, etc. Support the deployment of PSS SC Pillar in Qidong site. Train new employees on SAP MM/PP/WM modules. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor. WHO YOU ARE Bachelor Degree or above, preferred with science related major Good structured thinking , and problem solving skills Strong learning agility. Strong analytical and good English language skills. Attention to details, able to work under pressure. Team work player with strong communication and good inter personal skills. Familiar with SAP systems and Office software.
