Your Responsibilities:
•Assist on workplace management Shanghai and other locations
•Support on HR related processes and special projects
•Employee data maintenance
•Communication management and event organization support
•Assist whole HR team in remote correspondence and operation
•Other administrative support
Required Qualification:
•Language skills: Excellent English skills (German as a plus)
•Proficient in MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word)
•Team working spirit, problem solving and communication skills
•Strong collaboration skills with the ability to balance conflicts
•Ability to work independently, high degree of passionate, innovative and curious in HR
•Availability for 5 working days per week
•Enrolled Bachelor or Master student
