covidien， 自2007年从泰科集团公司分离而独立上市，成为世界医疗行业十强企业，年营业收入达100亿美元，全球43，000名员工生产50，000种医疗产品.coviden(柯惠)的使命是与医学专业人员共同开发，创造和提供创新的医疗解决方案，改善患者的生活质量，为客户和股东创造更卓越的成绩。 柯惠医疗器材制造(上海)有限公司 是covidien在中国投资4千多万美金成立的全资子公司，成立于2006年11月。covidien公司购买了位于漕河泾高科技园区标准厂房作为工厂的生产和办公用房。2006年1月开始厂房的建设，2007年4月正式启用。该标准厂房由一幢5层和一幢4层的联体厂房构成，厂房总占地面积3962平方米，总建筑面积约18724平方米。其中10万级洁净房占地800平方米，30万级洁净房占地300平方米。另外还有200平方米的实验室区域。目前员工达200名，预计2008年底拥有员工300名。 柯惠医疗器材制造(上海)有限公司的主要业务包括制造、销售呼吸系统产品，一次性手术器具以及其它相关产品，并提供技术咨询和产品售后服务。 工厂已经成功引入三条流水线，他们分别是cpap、ceea、esu。cpap主要是呼吸系统的相关产品，它用于治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合症。ceea主要是一次性吻合器，它用于消化道手术和腹腔镜手术中。esu主要是一种隔离式输出的高频电刀，在外科手术中用于组织切割、干燥、电灼及凝血。我们很快又会迎来我们的第四条、第五条生产线。目前工厂生产量在逐步的提高，同时我们也致力于提高生产的质量。 我们的远景目标是成为covidien的顶级工厂之一。协助在中国成功拓展市场并成为covidien世界战略运作中的关键一员。柯惠真诚地欢迎您的加入! covidien， separated from tyco international ltd and already become an independent， publicly-traded company and one of the world’s largest global healthcare companies. with $10 billion revenue， covidien has more than 43，000 employees worldwide and more than 50，000 products. the mission of coviden is to continue providing the best in quality medical products and services to patients all round the world. covidien medical products (shanghai) manufacturing (smf) is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise， located in shanghai caohejing pujiang hi-tech park(chj) in minhang district. covidien has purchased a 5 floor building as the manufacturing facility. smf was established in november 2006. early in january 2006， the construction had begun and smf moved into the chj in april 2007. the total build-up area is 18，724 sq meters. this includes 3962 sq meters work shop area， 800 sq meters 100k- clean room， 300 sq meters 300k- clean room and 200 sq meters lab area. until march 2008， there are 200 people .it is estimated that smf will have 300 people before the end of 2008. the main business for our company includes respiratory equipment， disposable surgical instruments， other related equipments and the technical support after-services， etc. we have successfully transferred three production lines， which include cpap， ceea and esu. cpap is a sleep apnea therapy equipment. the main application is to treat the osas (obstructive sleep apnea hyponea syndrome). this equipment could be widely used in different type of hospitals and homes. ceea is a surgical stapler product， which used for both open and laparoscopic surgeries. esu is electronic surgical generator and also mainly used in surgeries. for the present， the volume of our production lines are gradually increasing. and meantime， we make every effort to improve the product quality. we place great importance in both quantity and quality. our vision is to be one of the excellent manufacturing plants in covidien world to assist marketing success in china and becomes key participant of worldwide operation strategy. you are welcomed to join us.
