About AIA Digital+:
• AIA Digital+ is a wholly owned subsidiary of AIA Insurance Company Limited.
• Accumulated a wealth of industry knowledge and experiences in the insurance technology industry for over 30 years.
• Has more than 3300 professionals across China.
What You Will Do:
• Identify and capture/document business goals and provide business solution to users.
• Project user requirement communication, functional design and UAT support.
• Support the communication with users and development team .
• Work with project manager to control and follow up user requirement change.
• Conduct system demo or training to users.
• Work as junior BA mentor.
What We Are Looking For:
• Good command of English on both oral and written.
• Good command of Cantonese on oral.
• Computer Science or Finance-related Majors is preferred.
• Working experience in SQL Server is preferred.
• Be familiar with the methodology of requirements development and requirements change management.
• Experience with Insurance or Banking.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
