1. Purpose of the Position The purpose of this position is to provide professional support for powertrain performance test which includes ICE’s performance test and hybrid test, engine monitor application and e-power test application,The scope of work includes pre-sales test solution, in-sales and after-sales technical support, etc. 这个职位的目的是为动力总成测试（包括内燃机性能测试、混动测试、发动机监测、电功率测试等应用）提供专业的解决方案，工作范畴包括售前测试方案、售中及售后技术支持等。 2. Main Tasks  Provide professional application support, including products’ installation and commissioning, products’ operation, application technical consulting, troubleshooting, etc.  提供专业的应用支持，包括产品的安装调试、操作、应用技术咨询、问题处理等  Assist engine sercive technician to do incoming inspection, repair work and handle technology problem from repair department  协助维修工程师进行初检、维修及处理维修中的技术问题  Handle product quality problem  处理产品质量问题  Work out test solutions according to customer’s application requirements  根据客户的应用需求，起草制定测试方案 3. Requirements Profile  At least bachalor degree in ICE Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, Vehicle Engineering or Mechanical and Electronic Engineering or similar majors  本科及以上内燃机、能源与动力、车辆工程、机电或类似专业  Good ability of team work  良好的团队精神  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  良好的沟通能力  Good ability to work under pressure  能承受工作压力  Good self-learning ability  较强的自学能力  Good ability in spoken and written English  良好的英语能力  Good ability to operate office software  熟悉office办公软件  Willing to travel often  适应经常出差
