Basing on different power module and components type, find out rules and calculate thermal load for modules. 开发通用配电仿真方法。基于不同功率模块及组件类型，梳理规律并计算模块热负载。 2.Improve thermal design & optimize cost-performance. Evaluate Laundry Care CPM heatsink design and simulate best solutions. 改进热设计并优化性价比。评估洗衣护理 CPM（连续功率模式）散热片设计，仿真最佳解决方案。 3.Assess stress risks of fixture design. FEA result valid, rating Component-level risk and offer improvement recommendations. 评估夹具设计的应力风险。 验证有限元分析（FEA）结果，评定组件级风险并提供改进建议。 任职要求: 1.Master’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. 机械工程、电气工程或相关领域硕士及以上学位。 2.Thermal and stress simulation for electronic modules or hardware components. Familiarity with hardware design principles, particularly in power modules or high-power systems. 具备电子模块或硬件组件的热仿真与应力仿真经验。熟悉硬件设计原理，尤其在功率模块或高功率系统领域。 3.Skills & Competencies: Strong skills in FEA tools such as ANSYS, UG NX Simulation, or equivalent. Knowledge of materials science and thermal interface materials is a plus. 精通ANSYS、UG NX Simulation 等有限元分析工具。具备材料科学及热界面材料知识者优先。
