Across two plants, we produce premium quality Double-clutch Gearbox (DSG) transmissions, hybrid transmissions and e-drives. Your Responsibilities:  • Assist with preparing and examining the reimbursement documents  to ensure the compliance of documents • Assist with preparing necessary documents for stocking taking, asset inventory etc. • Assist in the preparation of accounting documents and archiving • Assist the Department’s daily administrative management • Assist the Department to complete other related work Your Qualifications:  • Education: Bachelor Degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major in accounting and economics-related • English or German proficient • Manufacturing related work or internship experience preferred • Expert usage of MS Office, especially Excel, experience with ERP system/SAP preferred • Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability and team spirit. • Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation. • Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong Our Offer: • Good opportunities for professional and personal development • Diverse und challenging tasks • Individual training • International working environment • Attractive compensation package WE CREATE MOTION FOR THE FUTURE - Were looking forward to your application!
